Gift cards are delivered by email automatically (the email used at checkout) and contain instructions to redeem them in store or online. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees. You will receive two emails: a receipt and one title “your Ashe Couture gift card is ready!” You will need to forward the latter to the recipient, we are unable to forward for you as the 16 digit code you’re emailed is treated like cash.

Returns
The stock is dynamic and we do not fully manage it because multiple parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual inventory may be changed at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order will be out of stock after the order is placed.
Our policy runs for 30 days. If thirty days have passed after you bought your item, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
You are able to return a product if it is unused and in the same condition as the day you received it. It should also remain in the original packaging.
